CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-09 RESOI/JTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF JO~N CERRUTI FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FIIaEDUNDERCASE PUD-91-12 WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 7, 1992, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of John Cerruti to rezone an approximately 1.84 acre site from Agricultural to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential and for development plan approval to construct a two lot, single- family residential development located at 2818 Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 10, 1991 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of John Cerruti to fezone an approximately 1.84 acre site from Agricultural to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential and for development plan approval to develop a two lot, single-family residential development located at 2818 Foothill Road, as filed under Case PUD-91-12.
