CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-25 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF DAVID C. JONES <br /> (PUD-90-12) TO REZONE A ONE ACRE PARCEL AND <br /> FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A NINE-UNIT <br /> SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT LOCATED AT <br /> 1605 ROSE AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 16, 1993, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of David C. Jones for Planned Unit <br /> Development (PUD) approval to rezone a one acre parcel <br /> from the Agricultural zoning district to thB ~UD-Medium <br /> Density Residential District and for PUDdevelopment plan <br /> approval for a 3± acres (2 existing parcels) of land for <br /> a nine-unit single-family residential development located <br /> at 1605 Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated July 20, 1990 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and localguidelines <br /> governing the preparation of the Negative Declarations <br /> and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THREEFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of David C. Jones (PUD-90-12) for Planned Unit <br /> Development (PUD) approval to rezone a one acre parcel <br /> from the Agricultural zoning district to the PUD-Medium <br /> Density Residential District and for PUDdevelopment plan <br /> approval for a 3~ acres (2 existing parcels) of land for <br /> a nine-unit single-family residential development located <br /> at 1605 Rose Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
