CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-16 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDUT~ <br /> REGARDING RENTAL FEES FOR FIRE TRAINING <br /> FACILITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a Master Fee Schedule effective <br /> July 18, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 2, 1993, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Finance (SR 93:50) <br /> regarding amending the fees for outside agencies to rent <br /> the fire training facility; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee Schedule) is amended <br /> to lower the fees for outside agencies to rent the fire <br /> training facility, as set forth in Attachment A. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 2, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> rkU <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
