CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-05 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING CITY COUNCIL APPEAL <br /> (AP-92-24 ) THEREBY UPHOLDING THE PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION'S APPROVAL OF VESTING TENTATIVE MAP <br /> TRACT 6545, THE APPLICATION OF KAUFMAN AND <br /> BROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kaufman and Broad has applied for a vesting tentative map <br /> to allow the subdivision of an approximately 17-acre site <br /> into 108 single-family residential lots and four <br /> remainder parcels consisting of roadways and park area; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> - Medium Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the <br /> vesting tentative tract map on November 30, 1992, and <br /> approved a 108-lot subdivision for this site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, the City Council of Pleasanton appealed the <br /> decision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 5, 1993, at which <br /> time the City Council considered all pertinent testimony, <br /> relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br /> concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the proposed tentative <br /> map is in substantial conformance with the approved <br /> development plan and conditions of PUD-91-17 as approved <br /> by the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies Case AP-92-24, thereby upholding the approval of <br /> the Planning Commission of Vesting Tentative Map 6545, <br /> the application of Kaufman and Broad for a vesting <br /> tentative map to allow the subdivision of an <br /> approximately 17-acre site into 108 single-family <br /> residential lots and four remainder parcels consisting of <br /> roadways and park area, subject to the attached <br /> conditions. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
