CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-11 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGN FOR A <br /> MODULAR OFFICE FACILITY AT 123 MAIN <br /> STREET AND ALLOCATING FUNDING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 18.72.040 of tho Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, new construction or the alterinS of existing structures <br /> in the C-O (Civic Overhy) District requires design review <br /> approval by the Planning Commission and the City Council; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 2, 1996, the City Council approved <br /> processing a 2,300 sq. it. modular office facility for 123 Main Street; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the design of the modular facility <br /> at its meeting on January 10, 1996 and recommended approval; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the design of the modular office facility to be located at 123 Main <br /> Street, subject to the conditions set forth in Attachment A, incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Allocates $196,000 to purchase the modular facility from Mobile Modular, <br /> and to purchase related furni-~hings, necessary utility installation and <br /> landscaping for 123 Main Street. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the City Manager to sign related purchase documents in a form <br /> approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
