CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-03 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> RED BEAR, INC. FOR A GENERAL PLAN <br /> AMENDMENT TO CHANGE ~ LAND USE <br /> ELEMENT DESIGNATION OF AN APPROXIMATELY <br /> 1.88 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT 4013, 4031, 4049, AND <br /> 4073 STANLEY BOULEVARD TO THE "ltlGH <br /> DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" DESIGNATION, AS FILED <br /> UNDER CASE GP-95-01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 2, 1996, the City Council received an application <br /> from Red Bear, Inc. to change th~ General Plan land use designation of an <br /> approximately 2.88 acre site located at 4023, 403 1, 4049, and 4073 Stanley <br /> Boulevard to the "High Density Residential" designation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the proposed change and <br /> made recommendations to Counc~; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that a Negative Declaration was appropriate <br /> for the proposed General Plan amendment and adopted Resolution No. <br /> 96-02 approving the Negative Declaration; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing with respect to the General Plan <br /> amendment at which time any member of the public was offered the <br /> opportunity to address the City Council on said amendment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the application of Red Bear, Inc. to change the <br /> General Plan land use designation of an approximately 2.88 acre site <br /> located at 4023, 4031, 4049, and 4073 Stanley Boulevard to the "High <br /> Density Residential" designation, as fried under Case GP-95-02. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council determines that this is one of the four times in 1996 that <br /> the Land Use Element of the General Plan is amended as authorized by <br /> Government Code Section 6563 1. <br /> <br /> <br />
