CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-007 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING COMPENSATION FOR <br /> MICHAEL H. ROUSH AS CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michael H. Roush was appointed City Attorney of the City of Pleasanton on <br /> September 26, 1988 with compensation and benefits established in Resolution No. <br /> 88-476; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the salary and benefits for the City Attorney were most recently established by the <br /> adoption of Resolution No. 97-122 and Resolution No. 98-116 approving the <br /> Management Pay and Performance Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ci~ Council has determined that it is in order to amend the City Attorney's <br /> compensation resolution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The annual salary for the City Attorney is adjusted to $122,235 effective <br /> September 1, 1998. <br /> <br />Section 2: Eighty (80) hours of administrative leave is provided am~ually. <br /> <br /> Section 3: All other terms and conditions of employment as identified in Resolution No. <br /> 88-476 and Resolution No. 98-116 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> Section 4: The 1997-99 Budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended accordingly. <br /> <br /> Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
