CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-22 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 <br /> (MASTER FEE RESOLUTION) TO PROVIDE FOR <br /> REVISIONS IN WATER RATES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal services for which fees and <br /> charges have been established and compiled in resolution No. 92-100; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 17, 1998, the City Council received a report from the <br /> Director of Finance and Director of Public Works (SR 98:55) recommending that <br /> the water rates and charges structure be revised in order to meet necessary <br /> expenses incurred by the City in providing these services. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 92-100 is hereby amended by amending Section IX, Water Rates, <br /> Fees and Charges, to read as set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 17, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Michelotti, Pico, and Vice Mayor Dennis <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy L/,(/E~ch~, ~City C~erk <br /> <br /> Michael H.
