PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />A LAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2005-24 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APY LIGATION OF CARLOS PARRAGUE/ <br />UG PLEASANTON, L_Y., FOR SIGN DESIGN RF VIEW APPROVAL, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PSDR-237 <br />WHEREAS, Carlos Parrague/UG Pleasanton., L.P., has applied For sign design review <br />approval to establish. a master sign program for a new commercial <br />building at 3550 Stanley Boulevard' and. <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of June 8, 2005, the Planning <br />Commission considered all-public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of <br />the C7alifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA~_ <br />WHEREAS, the Ylaruiing Commission determined that the establishment of a master <br />sign program For a new commercial building at 3550 Stanley Boulevard is <br />appropriate for the site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TIIE C7TY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1 . Approves Case PSDR-237, the application of Carlos Parrague/ <br />LTG Pleasanton, L.P_ for sign design review approval to establish a master <br />sign program for a new commercial building at 3550 Stanley Boulevard, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and niadc <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 1 5 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
