PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF P[_F.ASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2005-04 <br />KESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICA"PION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FLLF_D UNDER CAST-~ 1?DR-402 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for design review approval to renovate the <br />Pleasanton Veterans Memorial Building located at 301 Main Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is O (Offices District; Downtown Revitalization District- <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of January 26, 2005, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirem eats of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (C EQA); and <br />WHEREAS, the Ylat~ning Cotrttriission determined that the proposed project is consistent with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAN TON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING= <br />Section 1 . Approves Case PDR-402, the application of the City of Pleasanton For design <br />review approve] to renovate the Ylaasanton Veterans Memorial Suil ding located <br />at 307 Main Street, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "T3.," attached <br />hereto and rn ade pars o£this case by re £erence_ <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that titr~c. <br />
