ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1810 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18.44 (COMMERCIAL <br />DISTRICT) OF THE PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PRZ-03 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. <br /> <br />at its meeting of July 18, 2000, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br />Director of Plamfing and Community Development (SR00:199) regarding the <br />application to amend Chapters 18.08 and 18.44 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />(Commercial Districts) to make "birthing centers" a conditionally permitted use in <br />the Central Comn~ercial (C-C) District and add a delinition of "birthing centers" to <br />thc Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P1,EASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section l: <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />Chapter 18.44 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is tunended to read as set forth in <br />Exhibit ~A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this rel'crence. <br /> <br />A summary of lhis ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (l 5) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City C lerk's office within fifteen (15 ) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be efl~ctive thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular n~eeting of the City Council of City of Pleasanton on July 18, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br />
