CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1806 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTERS <br />20.08 AND 20.24 OF THE PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATED TO THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE AND THE <br />UNIFORM FIRE CODE FIRE SPRINKLER <br />REQUIREMENTS AND FIRE ALARM MONITORING <br />PROVISIONS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br />Section 2: <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />Adopts the findings set forth in the attached Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by <br />this reference. <br /> <br />Amends the Pleasanton Municipal Code as set forth in thc attached Exhibit "B", <br />incmporated berein by lhis reference. <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "Thc Valley Thnes," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinm~cc shall be posted for ill'teen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days a~cr its adoption. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective thh'ty (30) days after tbe date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on June 20, <br />2000. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plcasanton on July 11, 2000 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
