CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1803 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />GARC1A/WAGNER AND ASSOCIATES FOR A MAJOR <br />MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PUD DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-19-6M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Garcia/Wagner and Associates (representing Pacific Bell) has applied for a major <br />modification to an approved PUD Development Plan to allow for (1) the construction of a <br />new administrative building which is proposed to be approximately 4,000 square feet in <br />size and 19 feet tall (including the roof equipment screen); (2) the construction of <br />approximately 36 new parking stalls; and (3) the addition of landscaping on the site <br />located at 7240 Johnson Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD-G&LI (Planned Unit Development - General Industrial and <br /> Light Industrial) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council <br /> on March 21,2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 9, 2000, the Planning Commission recommended approval of <br /> the modifications to the PUD development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 21,2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed administrative building on the site is appropriate <br />and generally well designed to blend in with the existing building on the site, and the <br />project would result in a development which would be beneficial to the area. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-82-19-6M, the application of GarciajWagner and Associates <br />(representing Pacific Bell) for a major modification to an approved PUD Development <br />Plan to allow tBr (1) the construction of a new administrative building which is proposed <br />to be approximately 4,000 square feet in size and 19 feet tall (including the roof <br />equipment screen); (2) the construction of approximately 36 new parking stalls; and (3) <br />the addition of landscaping on the site located at 7240 Johnson Drive, subject to the <br />conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
