 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1922 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CHARLES SCI-IW'AB & <br /> COMPANY, INC. FOR A PUD MAJOR MODIFICATION TO MODIFY THE <br /> APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-22-11M <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. has applied for a Planned Unit Development <br /> major modification to modify the approved development plan for 6180 Stoneridge <br /> Mall Road to demolish the existing 8,500-square-foot building and replace it with <br /> a new parking area and landscaping; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of <br /> the PUD major modification application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 19, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD major modification is consistent <br /> with the General Plan and purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Approves the Planned Unit Development major modification to modify the <br /> approved development plan for 6180 Stoneridge Mall Road to demolish the <br /> existing 8,500-square-foot building and replace it with a new parking area and <br /> landscaping, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days <br /> after its adoption in "Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br /> in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br /> (15 days) in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
