CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. 1918 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ALAMEDA NEW COMMUNITIES FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT MAJOR MODIFICATION, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-99-1-3M WHEREAS, Alameda New Communities has applied for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan to allow solid fencing along the side and/or rear yard property lines of 4476 Tosca Court, 4462 Tosca Court, 8012 Oak Creek Drive, 8024 Oak Creek Drive, 8015 Oak Creek Drive, 8031 Oak Creek Drive, 8045 Oak Creek Drive, 4526 River Rock Hill Road, and 4538 River Rock Hill Road, all located in the Westridge Subdivision (formerly the Lemoine property); and WHEREAS, zoning for the properties PUD-RDR/LDR (Planned Unit Development - Rural Density Residential/Low Density Residential) District and the property is located in the West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay District; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental document accompanies this action; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 27, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the modification to the PUD development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 7, 2005; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the PUD major modification is consistent with the General Plan policies and the purposes of the PUD ordinance of the City of Pleasanton; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves Case PUD-99-1-3M, the application of Alameda New Communities for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan to allow solid fencing along the side Ordinance No. 1918
