<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-94-19 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING AN APPEAL OF THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING <br />DIRECTOR DETERMINING THE PRIVATE DRIVEWAY IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROPOSED BY MANNIE JOEL AND MARTHA GREIST CONFORM WITH THE PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mannie Joel and Martha Greist submitted a proposal to <br />improve the private driveway access located on the Moller <br />Ranch property, generally west of the Foothill <br />Road/Muirwood Drive street intersection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning Director determined that the proposed <br />private driveway improvements conformed to the Moller <br />Ranch PUD development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code, the decision was appealed by David Glenn, East Bay <br />Regional Park District, and Lynn Sorensen; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Rural/Low Density Residential and A (Agriculture); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 27, 1994, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed <br />driveway improvements are consistent with the Moller <br />Ranch PUD development plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Denies Case AP-94-02, thereby upholding the decision of <br />the Planning Director that the private driveway <br />improvements proposed by Mannie Joel and Martha Greist <br />conform to the Moller Ranch PUD development plan. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior that time. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />" <br />
