PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-94-18 RESOLUTION FINDING THAT A LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE BUSINESS, WITH AN OFFICE AND ON-SITE STORAGE OF TRUCKS AND EQUIPMENT, IS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE C-C (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Planning commission was asked to make a determination as to whether a landscape maintenance business, with an office and on-site storage of trucks and equipment, should be considered as a permitted use, a conditional use, or a non- permitted use in the C-C (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed meeting of April Commission considered all public exhibits, and recommendations of the this matter; and 13, 1994, the Planning testimony, relevant City staff concerning WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that a landscape business, with an office and on-site storage of trucks and equipment, is a conditional use, similar to "janitorial services and supplies," in the C-C (Central Commercial) District. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: section 1. Finds that a landscape business, with an office and on- site storage of trucks and equipment, is a conditional use, similar to "janitorial services and supplies," in the C-C (Central Commercial) District. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
