ORDINANCE N.O. 19. <br /> <br />·. An Ordinance to EstabBsh the Grade of Rose Avenue <br />in the ~rown of Pleasanton Frown the ~esterly Line or <br />Main .Street to the Easterly Line of Augustine Street Ex- <br />tended Northerly. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton does <br />Ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. Tha~ the grade or elevation of the top of <br />the curb of the s~dewalk on the South side of Rose av- <br />en~e be and the sanxe hereby is established as follows: <br />to-wit: <br /> At the West line of Main street at 352.00 feet. <br /> At a point 300 feet w~sterly from the West line of <br />Main street at 346.80 feet. <br />At the Easte:'ly lithe of Augustine street at 343.40 feet. <br />Sec. 2. rrhe grade or elevat?on of the curb on the <br />North side of Rose avenue at the West line of Main <br />street and ~Vesterl~' therefrom to the Easterly. line of <br />Augustine street extended Nertherly, shall be 3-10th of <br />a feot higher than the cub en the South side~ of Rose <br />avenue. <br /> ~-ec. 3. The crown of the street shall be six inches <br />h"gYer than the top of the curb on the south side of the <br />street, and the gutters s!~all be nine (9) inches <br />t]~nn the tep of the curbs on each side of the street. <br /> See. 4. The above elevatiens refer to a bench mark <br />heretofore established at the East end of the 'curve of <br />the =c~lrb of the cement sidewalk nt the Southeast~ corner <br />of Neal ,~nd ~_{atn streets at 352.36 feet. <br /> ~ee. 5. The grade of the curbs shall rise or fall uni- <br />formly between the l~o~nts as abo~*e established. <br /> 'See. 6.
