PC-94-1S <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MODIFICATION TO AN <br />APPROVED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-8S-1S-4M, THE APPLICATION OF RONALD C. VELLA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ronald C. Vella has applied for a modification to an <br />approved planned unit development for the Golden Eagle <br />Farm subdivision to reduce the minimum side yard <br />requirement from 23 feet to 17 feet 11 inches for Lot <br />57, Tract 6033, located at 8519 Lupine court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 13, 1994, <br />the Planning commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />city staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, applications of this nature are categorically exempt <br />from the requirements of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the PUD <br />modification is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT ON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-85-15-4M, the <br />application of Ronald C. Vella for a modification to an <br />approved planned unit development for the Golden Eagle <br />Farm subdivision to reduce the minimum side yard <br />requirement from 23 feet to 17 feet 11 inches for Lot <br />57, Tract 6033, located at 8519 Lupine Court, subject <br />to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B," attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
