OI|DINANCE NO. 16. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance to Establish the Gxade of St. Johns Street <br />Fr6m the West line of Main street to the East IAne of <br />Dox~ney Street. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton does <br />ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. That the grade or elevation of the top of <br />the curb of the sidewalk on the South sid<~ of St. 5ohns <br />street be, and the same is hereby established as follows, <br />to-~:t: <br /> At its intersection with the West line of Main street, i~s <br />elevation shall be 351.90 feet. <br /> At 800 feet Westerly from the West line of lVfm!n <br />street, at 350 feet. <br /> At 1210 feet Westerly from the West line of Ma~n <br />street at 351.00 feet. <br /> Sec. 2. Grade shall rise uniformly between points as <br />above established. <br /> Sec! 3. The grade or elev2tion of the top of the <br />curb on the North s~de of St. Johns street, from the West <br />line ~f Main street to the East line o~ DowneSr street, <br />shall be three-tenths (3-10the) of a foot higher than the <br />curb on the South side. <br /> Sec. 4. The above elevations refer to bench mark <br />established for Main street grades. <br /> Sec~ 5.
