<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-94-08 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF A.F. EVANS COMPANY FOR REZONING AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-94-01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A.F. Evans Company has applied for rezoning to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) HDR (High Density <br />Residential) District and development plan approval to <br />allow a 146-unit apartment development, with units <br />available for market-rate, low-, and very-low income <br />households on a 7.4 acre site located at 5300 Case <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of <br />Commission received <br />Case PUD-94-01; and <br /> <br />February 23, 1994, the Planning <br />a proposed negative declaration for <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated February 23, 1994, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission further finds that the proposed <br />project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of the Negati ve Declaration <br />prepared for the application of A.F. Evans Company for <br />rezoning to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - HDR <br />(High Density Residential) District and development plan <br />approval to allow a 146-unit apartment development, with <br />uni ts available for market-rate, low-, and very-lOW <br />income households on a 7.4 acre site located at 5300 Case <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />. .'
