ORDINANCE SO. <br /> <br /> An Ordln:~nce to Establish the Grade of Seal Street tn <br />the Town of Pleasanton from the East line of Main <br /> street to the XVest Line of Railroad Street. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton does <br />ordain as follo~vs: <br /> Section 1. That the grade or elevation of the curb of <br />the sidewalk on the South line of Neal street be and the <br />same hereby is e~ta.b~'_shed as follows, to-wit: At the East line of Main street at 352.30. <br /> At a point 273 feet E,ast from the East line of Main <br />street, at 354.10, <br /> At a point 394 feet Eas.t from said East line of Main <br /> <br />street at 355.70. <br /> Sec. 2. That the grade or elevation of the curb of <br />the sidewalk on the North side of Seal street be and the <br />same is hereby established as follows; to-wit: At the East line of Main street at 352.80. <br /> At a point 273 feet East from the East line of Main <br />street at 354.60. <br /> At a point 394 feet East of the East line of Main street <br />at 356.60. <br /> Sec. 3,- The crown of the street shall be six (6) in- <br />ches higher than the top of the curb on the South s'.de <br />of the street and the gutters shall be nine: (9) inches be- <br />low the top ~f t.ho curbs on each side of the street. <br /> · See. 4. The a~ove elevations refer to the bench mark <br />established for Main street elevations in Ordinance <br />No. 11. <br /> See. 5. The grade of the curbs shall rise or fall uni- <br />formly between the points as established above. <br /> See. 6.
