PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-20 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-91-1, THE APPLICATION OF LEE REID AND JIM MYERS WHEREAS, Lee Reid and Jim Myers has applied for development plan approval to allow the construction of a two-story, four- building self-storage facility totaling 58,422 sq. ft. on a 1.38 acre site located at 3722 Old santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 13, 1991, the Planning commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-91- 1; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated February 27, 1991, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds proposed project would not have effects on the environment. that approval of the any significant adverse NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for the application of Lee Reid and Jim Myers for development plan approval to allow the construction of a two-story, four-building self-storage facility totaling 58,422 sq. ft. on a 1.38 acre site located at 3722 Old Santa Rita Road. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
