<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-20 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-91-1, THE APPLICATION OF LEE REID AND <br />JIM MYERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lee Reid and Jim Myers has applied for development plan <br />approval to allow the construction of a two-story, four- <br />building self-storage facility totaling 58,422 sq. ft. on <br />a 1.38 acre site located at 3722 Old santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 13, 1991, the Planning commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-91- <br />1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated February 27, 1991, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the application of Lee Reid and Jim Myers <br />for development plan approval to allow the construction <br />of a two-story, four-building self-storage facility <br />totaling 58,422 sq. ft. on a 1.38 acre site located at <br />3722 Old Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
