<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-8 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-90-19, THE APPLICATION OF MOLLER <br />PROPERTIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Moller Properties has applied for planned unit <br />development approval to construct a total of 99 <br />residential dwelling units (62 townhomes, 23 single- <br />family production lots, and 14 single-family custom <br />homes) on approximately 34 acres of a 198 acre site <br />located generally to the west/northwest of the Foothill <br />Road/ Muirwood Drive street intersection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />Rural/Low Density Residential and A (Agriculture) <br />Districts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of <br />Commission received <br />Case PUD-90-19; and <br /> <br />February 27, 1991, the Planning <br />a proposed negative declaration for <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated January 10, 1991, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the application of Moller Properties for <br />planned unit development to construct a total of 99 <br />residential dwelling units (62 townhomes, 23 single- <br />family production lots, and 14 single-family custom <br />homes) on approximately 34 acres of a 198 acre site <br />located generally to the west/northwest of the Foothill <br />Road/ Muirwood Drive street intersection. <br />
