<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 6282, THE APPLICATION OF COUNTY OF <br />ALAMEDA FOR SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, County of Alameda has applied for approval to subdivide <br />an approximately 27.33 acre site into 126 single-family <br />detached lots, 26 paired single-family lots and a 2.7 <br />acre addition to Meadows Park located between West Las <br />positas Blvd and Kirkaldy street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned unit Development) <br />- Medium Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 23, 1991, <br />the Planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br />Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan and certified by the city <br />Counc i I on October 3 , 1990 . The EIR eva I ua ted the <br />effects of the rezoning and proposed development plan of <br />this project, including subdivision of the property. The <br />mitigation measures required in the EIR for the Specific <br />Plan have been incorporated into the conditions of <br />approval of the PUD and are addressed in the Tentative <br />Map. This project is not considered to be a new <br />application under the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission found the proposed subdivision to <br />be in conformance with the PUD Zoning District and <br />General Plan of the city of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Tract 6282, the application of County of <br />Alameda to subdivide an approximately 27.33 acre site <br />into 126 single-family detached lots, 26 paired single- <br />family moderate income lots and a 2.7 acre addition to <br />Meadow Park located adjacent to the Interstate 580 <br />freeway between West Las Positas Boulevard and Kirkcaldy <br />Street subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2. Adopts the County's proposed Moderate Income Housing <br />Program for the 26 duet units as revised by staff. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- <br />
