CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1914 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF EARL BACH, <br /> KARL BACH, ED LAMB, SR., AND ED LAMB, JR. FOR PUD <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-42 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Earl Bach, Karl Bach, Ed Lamb, Jr., and Ed Lamb, Sr. have applied for <br /> PUD development plan approval to allow a four-lot development plan for <br /> three new homes on a 1.84-acre site located at 446 Sycamore Road, in the <br /> North Sycamore Specific Plan area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that there were no substantial changes to the <br /> project or to the circumstances under which the project is undertaken that <br /> involve environment effects or substantially increase the severity of <br /> previously identified effects, and there is no information of substantial <br /> importance not known at the time the Environmental Impact Report for the <br /> North Sycamore Specific Plan area was certified in February 1991 <br /> regarding the project or its effects, mitigation measures, or alternatives; <br /> therefore, no additional environmental documentation was prepared for this <br /> project: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for <br /> approval of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 15, 2005; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the development plan, building design, and site <br /> development standards are consistent with the General Plan, the North <br /> Sycamore Specific Plan, and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-42, the application of Earl Bach, Karl Bach, Ed Lamb, <br /> Jr., and Ed Lamb, Sr. for PUD development plan approval to allow a <br /> four-lot development plan for three new homes on a 1.84-acre site located <br /> at 446 Sycamore Road, in the North Sycamore Specific Plan area, subject <br /> <br /> <br />
