PLANNJ:NG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAHTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-22 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ROBERT MECKAUER, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-93-l5 WHEREAS, Robert Meckauer has applied for design review approval to refurbish an existing single-family residence into two studio apartments and to construct a new two-story, three-bedroom apartment at 261 Spring Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) and Downtown Revitalization District and Core Area Overlay District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 12, 1993, the Planning Commission, after considering all pUblic testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this proposal, approved the proposed negative declaration for Case Z-93-15; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed project adheres to the policies of the Downtown Specific Plan and the site's zoning district classifications, and is appropriate for the site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the application of Robert Meckauer for design review approval to refurbish an existing single-family residence into two studio apartments and to construct a new two-story, three-bedroom apartment at 261 Spring Street, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective IS days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
