<br />PLANNING COMMXSSXON CXTY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTJ:ON RECOMMENDXNG APPROVAL OF THE NEGATXVE DECLARATXON <br />FOR THE APPLXCATXON OF SXGNATORE PROPERTXES FOR DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-55D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Signature Properties has applied for development plan <br />approval to construct a 496-unit residential development <br />consisting of 178 small-lot single-family detached units <br />and 318 townhouse units on a 52.7-acre site located in <br />the Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of February <br />commission received a proposed <br />Case PUD-81-30-55D; and <br /> <br />24, 1993, the planning <br />negative declaration for <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated February 5, 1993, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning commission finds that approval <br />proposed project would not have any significant <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />of the <br />adverse <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNXNG COMMISSION OF THE CXTY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the application of signature Properties for <br />development plan approval to construct a 496-unit <br />residential development consisting of 178 small-lot <br />single-family detached units and 318 townhouse units on <br />a 52.7-acre site located in the Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />.. ., . <br />
