PC-93-12 RESOLUTJ:ON RECOMMENDXNG APPROVAL OF THE NEGATXVE DECLARATXON FOR THE APPLXCATXON OF SXGNATORE PROPERTXES FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-55D WHEREAS, Signature Properties has applied for development plan approval to construct a 496-unit residential development consisting of 178 small-lot single-family detached units and 318 townhouse units on a 52.7-acre site located in the Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of February commission received a proposed Case PUD-81-30-55D; and 24, 1993, the planning negative declaration for WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated February 5, 1993, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that approval proposed project would not have any significant effects on the environment. of the adverse NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNXNG COMMISSION OF THE CXTY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: section 1.
