<br />, <br /> <br />pLANNXNG COMMXSSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALXFORN:IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-24 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF THE APPLICATXON OF KAUFMAN <br />AND BROAD FOR GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT AS FUED UNDER CASE <br />GP-91-9 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kaufman and Broad has applied to amend the Land Use <br />Element designation of the General Plan from "High <br />Density Residential" to "Medium Density Residential" for <br />an approximately 17 acre parcel located at 3801 stanley <br />Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of March 11, 1992, the <br />planning Commission approved a proposed negative <br />declaration for GP-91-9 after considering all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />city staff concerning this proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission determined that the proposed <br />amendment of the Land Use Element designation of the <br />General Plan is inconsistent with the General Plan <br />policies and programs. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWXNG: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends denial of the application of Kaufman and <br />Broad to amend the Land Use Element designation of the <br />General Plan from "High Density Residential" to "Medium <br />Density Residential" for an approximatelY 17 acre parcel <br />located at 3801 stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2.
