PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-20 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE REZONING FOR CASE PUD-91-11, THE APPLICATION OF MIRIAM CHU AND MAX GAHRAHMAT WHEREAS, Miriam Chu and Max Gahrahmat have applied for rezoning to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Low Density Residential and Medium Density Residential, and Public and Institutional District for an approximately 77.8 acre site located on the southerly side of the Arroyo Mocho northerly of the intersection of stoneridge Drive with stone pointe Way; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) _ Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the stoneridge Drive specific Plan EIR. Mitigation measures required of the project by the EIR are incorporated in the project design or are reflected in the draft conditions of approval, therefore no additional environmental document was prepared for this project; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed PUD rezoning is consistent with the stoneridge Drive specific Plan and the Pleasanton General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: section 1. Recommends approval of the application of Miriam Chu and Max Gahrahmat for rezoning to the PUD (Planned unit Development) - Low Density Residential and Medium Density Residential, and Public and Institutional District for an approximately 77.8 acre site located on the southerly side of the Arroyo Mocho northerly of the intersection of stoneridge Drive with stone pointe Way. section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
