<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALJ:FORNJ:A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-18 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATJ:VB DECLARATION <br />FOR THB APPLICATION OF ANITA DAVIDSON FOR RBZONING AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASB PUD-91-0S <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anita Davidson has applied for planned unit development <br />(PUD) approval to rezone approximately one acre of land <br />from the AgriCUltural zoning district to the PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential (MDR) <br />District and for development plan approval for a four- <br />unit single-family residential development located at <br />l635 Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 26, 1992, the planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-91-05; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated August 1, 1992, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning Commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed <br />project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for the application of Anita Davidson for <br />planned unit development (PUD) approval to rezone <br />approximately one acre of land from the Agricultural <br />zoning district to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />Medium Density Residential (MDR) District and for <br />development plan approval for a four-unit single-family <br />residential development located at 1635 Rose Avenue. <br /> <br />.. - <br /> <br />. <br />
