<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-92-9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAJOR MODIFICATION AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-07-01M, THE APPLICATION OF PETER G. <br />SHUTTS/KAY KU (THE CHATEAU - KU SENIOR RESIDENTIAL CARE <br />FACILITY) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Peter G. Shutts/Kay Ku (The Chateau Ku Senior <br />Residential Care Facility) has applied for a major <br />modification to the governing PUD to increase the maximum <br />number of residents housed on the site from 70 to 90 for <br />an approved senior care facility proposed to be located <br />at 4115 Mohr Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Office District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed hearing of January 8, 1992, the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was previously prepared and <br />adopted for the project, and the scope of the proposal <br />falls within the scope of the previous environmental <br />document; therefore, no additional environmental document <br />was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission <br />increase in residents <br />conditions; and <br /> <br />determined that the proposed <br />would present no adverse <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed modification <br />appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-90-07-01M, the <br />application of Peter G. Shutts/Kay Ku (The Chateau - Ku <br />Senior Residential Care Facility) for a major <br />modification to the governing PUD to increase the maximum <br />number of residents housed on the site from 70 to 90 for <br />an approved senior care facility proposed to be located <br />at 4115 Mohr Avenue subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. All conditions previously required of PUD-90-07 <br />shall remain valid and in full effect except as <br />modified herein. <br />
