<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-9S-19 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THOMAS CAVALA FOR <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-95-26 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Cavala has applied for design review approval for <br />the remodeling of an existing building, for construction <br />of a new building, and for demolition of an existing <br />metal building and various out-buildings located at 4425 <br />Railroad Avenue (generally the southwest corner of the <br />Railroad Avenue/Division street intersection); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />zoning for the property <br />Downtown Revitalization <br />Overlay District; and <br /> <br />is C-C <br />overlay <br /> <br />(Central Commercial), <br />District, Core Area <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are exempt from the requirements <br />of the California Environmental Quality Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed meeting of March 8, 1995, the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed <br />project is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Z-95-26, the application of Thomas Cavala <br />for design review approval for the remodeling of an <br />existing building, for construction of a new building, <br />and for demolition of an existing metal building and <br />various out-buildings located at 4425 Railroad Avenue <br />(generally the southwest corner of the Railroad <br />Avenue/Division street intersection), subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made <br />a part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br /> <br />- <br />
