<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-02 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE PROCESS FOR REVIEW OF PROJECTS WITH <br />DRIVE-THROUGH FACILITIES PRIOR TO CONSIDERATION OF THE GENERAL <br />PLAN UPDATE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the General Plan steering Committee has developed a draft <br />General Plan policy that would discourage the <br />construction of drive-through facilities throughout the <br />city; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission received a request that a <br />determination be made regarding the policy issue as to <br />how applications for projects with drive-through windows <br />will be processed prior to the consideration of the <br />General Plan update; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed meeting of January ll, 1995, the <br />planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that applications for <br />drive-through facilities which are submitted prior to the <br />consideration of the General Plan update shall be <br />reviewed in accordance with existing criteria and <br />policies. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Determines that applications for drive-through <br />facilities which are submitted prior to the consideration <br />of the General Plan update shall be reviewed in <br />accordance with existing criteria and policies. <br /> <br />section 2.
