ORDINANCE <br /> <br /> AN ORDINACE CONSENTING THAT A PORTION OF FIRST <br /> STREET IN THE TOWN OF PLEASANTON SHALL BEC0~ZE <br /> A COUNTY HIGHV~AY. <br /> <br /> V~..]~EEAS heretofore there was forwarded to the 8ity Council <br /> <br /> of the Town of Pleasanton a certified copy of Resolution No. <br /> ~8800 of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Alameda, <br /> wherein and where~ it was in said Resoluteore RESOLVED that <br /> the highway in the Town of Pleasanton, bein~ described as all <br /> that portion of First Street lyi~ southwesterly of the direct <br /> production northwesterly of the northeasterly line of Minnie <br /> Street is declared to be a County Highway, NOW THERE~i~, <br /> <br /> The City Council of the Town of Pleasanton does <br /> Ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
