CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1913 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF R.J. WILSON/ <br /> DELCO BUILDERS FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS <br /> FILED UNDER CASE PUD-I0 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, R. J. Wilson/Delco Builders has applied for PUD development plan <br /> approval to construct an approximately 3,464-square-foot single-story <br /> home with a loft on an existing 1.675-acre portion of a 22.28-acre lot <br /> located on Vineyard Avenue, west of 2500 Vineyard Avenue, in the <br /> Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan Area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that there were no changes to the <br /> environmental circumstances and impacts from the time that it certified the <br /> Environmental Impact Report for the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific <br /> Plan area in March 1999 that would affect the environmental document; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for <br /> approval of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 4, 2005; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a review of the materials presented, the City Council made the <br /> PUD finding listed in the staff report and finds that the development plan, <br /> building design, and site development standards are consistent with the <br /> General Plan, the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan, and the <br /> purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-40, the application of R. J. Wilson/Delco Builders for <br /> PUD development plan approval to construct an approximately <br /> 3,464-square-foot single-story home with a loft on an existing 1.675-acre <br /> portion of a 22.28-acre lot located on Vineyard Avenue, west of <br /> 2500 Vineyard Avenue, in the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan <br /> <br /> <br />
