Second Amendment Page 1 SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This Second Amendment to Agreement ("Second Amendment") is entered into on the first day of July 2025 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and L.F. Sloane Consulting Group, whose address is 9830 Giaveno Cir, Unit 1633, Naples, FL 34113, and telephone number is 518 -424-7757, (“Consultant”). Whereas, on July 19, 2024, the City and Consultant entered into a Service Agreement for a deficit spending analysis for the Pleasanton Pioneer Cemetery ("Agreement") and Whereas, on March 21, 2025, the parties entered into a First Amendment; and Whereas, the parties desire to enter into a Second Amendment the Agreement to extend the Agreement through June 30, 2026; and Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 3 of the Agreement is amended as follows: “This agreement is extended through June 30, 2026”. 2. Section 4 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows: “The total compensation is increased to $59,548, including FY25 spending of $34,548 and FY26 spending of $25,000. Expanded Scope of Services is included in the Exhibit A2 to the Second Amendment to Agreement.” 3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
