THE CITY OF <br /> <br />pL£AS&NTON <br /> <br />SUBJECT <br /> <br />4C <br /> <br /> City Council <br /> Staff Report <br /> <br /> January 4, 2005 <br /> Finance Department <br /> <br /> Monthly Disbursements, Investment Report, and COPS AB3229 <br /> Expenditure Reports for November 2004 <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends the City Council: <br /> <br /> Approve claims for the month of November 2004 in the amount of <br /> $10,477,030.83. <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council: <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Staff presents to Council a monthly report of the City's disbursements and a report of the City's current <br />investment portfolio, in accordance with the City's investment policy. <br /> <br />In October 2002, the City received $131,494.00, the seventh year funding for the Citizens Option for <br />Public Safety Program (COPS AB 1584). In October 2003, the City received $100,000.00, the eighth <br />year funding for the Citizens Option for Public Safety Program (COPS AB1584). Attached are the <br />required monthly expenditure and investment reports for Council's review. <br /> <br />Attached are the monthly disbursements and investment reports for the month of November 2004.
