<br />Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 3 December 11, 20 24 <br /> <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />Wednesday, December 11 , 202 4 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission to order at 7:00 p.m. from the City <br />Council Chambers located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Anurag Jain, Ken Morgan, Stephanie Wedge, and Chair <br />Matt Gaidos <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Vivek Mohan <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />1. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Recommendation: Receive report. <br /> <br />2. P24-0370, Fei Xiang Bilingual School, 6663 Owens Drive – Application for Conditional Use <br />Permit approval to operate a preschool with a maximum of 93 students at an existing building <br />located at 6663 Owens Drive. <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2024-18 approving the application. <br /> <br />3. P24-0670, -0671 & -0672, Patti Nelson and Eric Price for Philz Coffee, 1803 Santa Rita Road – <br />Applications for Conditional Use Permit, Design Review, and Sign Design Review to operate a <br />drive-through restaurant within an existing commercial building with an existing drive-through <br />located at 1803 Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2024-19 approving the applications. <br /> <br />4. Approve the meeting minutes of October 23 , 2024 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve the meeting minutes. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Pace/Jain to approve the items on the Consent Calendar, as recommended. <br />Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Jain, Morgan, Wedge, and Chair Gaidos <br />Noes: None
