CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1911 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PAUL PFLUG <br />FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-41 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Paul Pflug has applied for PUD development plan approval to construct a <br />1,229-square-foot second-story addition, to remodel an existing one-story <br />2,133-square-foot single-family home and to create site development <br />standards for the lot located at 582 Sycamore Road in the North Sycamore <br />Specific Plan area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council determined that there were no changes to the <br />environmental circumstances and impacts from the time that it certified the <br />Environmental Impact Report for the North Sycamore Specific Plan area in <br />February 1991 that would affect the environmental document; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for <br /> approval of development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 19, 2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the development plan, building design, and site <br />development standards are consistent with the General Plan, the North <br />Sycamore Specific Plan, and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-41, the application of Paul Pflug for PUD <br />development plan approval to construct a 1,229-square-foot second-story <br />addition, to remodel an existing one-story 2,133-square-foot single-family <br />home and to create site development standards for the lot located at <br />582 Sycamore Road in the North Sycamore Specific Plan area, subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
