CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. 1911 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PAUL PFLUG FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-41 WHEREAS, Paul Pflug has applied for PUD development plan approval to construct a 1,229-square-foot second-story addition, to remodel an existing one-story 2,133-square-foot single-family home and to create site development standards for the lot located at 582 Sycamore Road in the North Sycamore Specific Plan area; and WHEREAS, the City Council determined that there were no changes to the environmental circumstances and impacts from the time that it certified the Environmental Impact Report for the North Sycamore Specific Plan area in February 1991 that would affect the environmental document; and WHEREAS, the Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 19, 2004; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the development plan, building design, and site development standards are consistent with the General Plan, the North Sycamore Specific Plan, and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves Case PUD-41, the application of Paul Pflug for PUD development plan approval to construct a 1,229-square-foot second-story addition, to remodel an existing one-story 2,133-square-foot single-family home and to create site development standards for the lot located at 582 Sycamore Road in the North Sycamore Specific Plan area, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
