, PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-07 RESOLUTION FINDING THE PUD PREZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PONDEROSA HOMES, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-96-10, IS CONSISTENT WITH THE GENERAL PLAN AND THE PURPOSES OF THE PUD ORDINANCE WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for prezoning to PUD (Planned Unit Development) _ Medium Density Residential and PUD development plan approval for a 360-unit, single-family development on an approximately 92 acre parcel located at 3380 and 3450 Mohr Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Unincorporated; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed meeting of January 22,1997, the Planning Commission after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this matter, recommended approval of the proposed negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-96-1 0; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed prezoning to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential and PUD development plan approval for a 360-unit, single-family development on an approximately 92 acre parcel located at 3380 and 3450 Mohr Avenue is consistent with the General Plan and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Finds that the proposed prezoning to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential and PUD development plan approval for a 360-unit, single-family development on an approximately 92 acre parcel located at 3380 and 3450 Mohr Avenue is consistent with the General Plan and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
