Housing Commission Page 3 March 16, 2023 <br />Housing Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />[SUBJECT TO APPROVAL] <br />March 16, 2023 – 7:00 p.m. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Fischer indicated she had laryngitis and suggested Vice Chair Galvin lead the meeting. <br />Vice Chair Galvin called to order the regular meeting of the Housing Commission at 7:04 p.m. from the <br />Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue and via Zoom. <br />Vice Chair Galvin led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided opening remarks. <br />Roll Call <br />Present: Commissioners Chillinsky, Galvin, Kripalani, Renton, Schempp, and Chair Fischer. <br />Absent: None. <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />None. <br />MINUTES <br />1. Approve Regular Meeting Minutes of February 16, 2023 <br />Motion: It was m/s by Schempp/Fischer to approve the regular meeting minutes of February 16, 2023. <br />Motion passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Chillinsky, Galvin, Kripalani, Renton, Schempp, and Chair Fischer. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: None. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />No items. <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />2.
