1 <br /> THE CITY OF <br /> CITY COUNCILAGENDA REPORT <br /> PLEASANTON <br /> February 7, 2023 <br /> Mayor <br /> TITLE: RATIFY MAYOR'S ASSIGNMENT TO THE LIVERMORE AMADOR VALLEY <br /> WATER MANAGEMENT AGENCY FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2023 <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Each year the Mayor reviews and revises, as necessary, assignments to various City <br /> Council Subcommittees and local and regional boards and commissions. The City <br /> Council ratified appointments to all boards on December 20, 2022, for calendar year <br /> 2023. <br /> This action revises the initial appointments made to the Livermore Amador Valley Water <br /> Management Agency for Councilmembers Valerie Arkin and Jeff Nibert as primary <br /> members and Julie Testa as an alternate member, to now reflect the appointment of <br /> Councilmembers Testa and Nibert as primary members and Councilmember Arkin as <br /> an alternate member. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Ratify the Mayor's appointment of Councilmembers Julie Testa and Jeff Nibert as <br /> primary members and Councilmember Valerie Arkin as an alternate memberto the <br /> Livermore Amador Valley Water Management Agency for calendar year 2023. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> There is no fiscal impact. <br /> Submitted by: <br /> Karla Brown <br /> Mayor <br />
