CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL PUBLIC COMMENT — Comments are limited three minutes and to only those items listed on the agenda. CONSENT CALENDAR— These items may be enacted by one motion. 1. Adopt a resolution ratifying the City Manager / Director of Emergency Services' Proclamation of the Existence of a Local Emergency due to severe storms 2.
