CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> January 18, 2022 <br /> This meeting was conducted in accordance with Governor Newsom's <br /> Executive Order N-29-20 and AB 361 COVID-19 pandemic protocols. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> Mayor Brown called the teleconferenced special meeting of the City Council from various remote <br /> locations to order at the hour of 6:30 p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Absent: None <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT— None. <br /> ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br /> 1. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS per Gov't Code §54956.8: <br /> Properties: 401-403 Old Bernal Avenue <br /> Agency negotiator: Brian Dolan, Interim City Manager <br /> Negotiating parties: Kelly S. Djokovic and Sandra L. Neary <br /> Under negotiation: Price and terms of payment of sale <br /> 2. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS per Gov't Code §54956.8: <br /> Properties: 4884 Harrison Street <br /> Agency negotiator: Brian Dolan, Interim City Manager <br /> Negotiating parties: Kelly S. Djokovic and Sandra L. Neary <br /> Under negotiation: Price and terms of payment of purchase <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> City Attorney Dan Sodergren advised there was no reportable action. <br /> ADJOURNMENT—The special meeting adjourned at 6:48 p.m. <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> Mayor Brown called the teleconferenced regular meeting of the City Council from various remote <br /> locations to order at the hour of 7:07 p.m. Councilmember Balch led the Pledge of Allegiance and <br /> provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Councilmember Balch requested Item 12 be continued to a future City Council meeting. He reported <br /> writing an advice letter to the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) and has not yet <br /> received a reply leaving him unsure of a potential need to recuse. <br />
