CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NOo 421 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 40, AMENDING ORDINANCE NOo 309 <br /> (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID <br /> ORDINANCE, CONCERNING WEST ANGELA STREET <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br /> dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br /> No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br /> zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 40, as shown on map dated <br /> October, 1965, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, <br /> and made a part hereof, shall designate the land <br /> use and zoning district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
