CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PL~-ASANTON ALAHEDA COUNT'i, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 420 ZONING UNIT NO. 39, AMENDING OPJ)INANCE NOo 309 (ZONING ORD~E) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, CONCERNING EAST SIDE OF FIRST STREET The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. 309', designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit Noo 39 as shown on map dated August, 1965, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning district of said t err itory. SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows: The northeasterly corner of Firs~ Street and Vineyard Avenue, being a irregular shaped parcel, measurin~ approximately 128' on the north, 141' on the east, 136' on the south and 111' on the west, consisting of property on Carroll and Safreno; designated C-T (Commercial Thoroughfare) District. The western portion of the block fronting First Street, bounded by Vineyard Avenue on the north and Kottinger Avenue on the south, and on the east bounded by a north south line running in the approximate middle of the block; save and excepting the C-T (Commercial Thoroughfare} area described above. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the ~cf o£ Ple~s~n~o~ ~ August 23, 1965.
