CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'I'/' OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 416 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 36, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE)AND ~ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, TENTATIVE MAP <br /> TRACT NO. 2721, D & V BUILDERS, INC. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton~, <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance <br />No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br />zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 36 as shown on map dated <br /> July, 1965, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate the land use and zoning district <br /> of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2o Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Property of D & V Builders, bounded by <br /> Valley Avenue on the north, Orloff property <br /> on the east, Black Avenue on the south, and <br /> Greenwood Road on the west, Pleasanton, <br /> California. <br /> <br /> A (Agricultural) District. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton on July 12, 1965. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on July 19, 1965, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Cairo, Harding, McWilliams and <br /> Mayor Long <br /> <br /> NOES:: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ~L~/~NG, ~~r' <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />I~ELEN ~OODWAR.
