CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 415 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO o 35, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) and "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE ESSENAR, <br /> SANTA RITE ROAD. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1o The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 35 as shown on map dated <br /> June, 1965, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate the land use and zoning district <br /> of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone c lass ification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Essenar, Santa Rita Road~ being land <br /> approximately eight acres in the south- <br /> west corner of Valley Avenue and Santa <br /> Rita Road, Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br /> C-N (commercial-neighborhood district), <br /> consisting of approximately eight acres. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on June 28, 1965. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on July 12, 1965, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Cairo, Harding McWilliams and Long. <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None -' <br />ATTEST: 'JO..,,H~, B.
