CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 407 <br /> <br /> AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE), <br /> PROVIDING SERVICE STATIONS AS CONDITIONAL <br /> USES IN C-N, C-C, C-T AND C-G DISTRICTS. <br /> <br /> The City Council does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 309 (Zoning Ordinance) adopted <br />April 25, 1960, is hereby amended to require conditional use <br />permits in C-N, C-C, C-T and C-G Districts, as follows: <br /> <br /> a) Section 11,102 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "11. 102 New car dealers" <br /> <br /> b) Section lI .J03. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "11.303 Used car sales, service stations." <br /> <br /> c) Section 12,101 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "12,101 New and used car lots, boat and trailer <br /> sales and rental establishments, repair garages <br /> for minor repair, as defined herein." <br /> <br /> d) Section 12.302 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "12.302 Drive-in theatres, and service stations." <br /> e) Section 13,107 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "13.107 New and used car sales." <br /> <br /> f) Section 13,302 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "13,302 Junk yards and service stations." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in 'The <br /> Times" a newspaper of general circulation published within the <br /> city, and shall be effective thirty (30) days from the date of <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED on May 24, 1965. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this June 7, 1965 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> - 1- <br /> <br /> <br />
